My stay at this hotel was memorable mainly because of its unique cave design and the breathtaking sunrise views over the hot air balloons. The rooms were beautifully crafted and truly different from what I've seen elsewhere. However, I did face some disappointment with the service, as they were reluctant to assist when my balloon ride was canceled. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, though a little more attentiveness from the staff would have made it exceptional.
